  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sous vide seasoning


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Arrange the sliced sweet potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the sweet potatoes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the yeast and sous vide seasoning, then sprinkle it over the beef and sweet potatoes.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
