Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Protein Pancakes

Whey Protein, Sweet potato, honey, rice cooker


  • 2 cups of sweet potato, peeled and grated
  • 4 scoops of whey protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • Cooking spray or oil for the rice cooker


  1. Preheat the rice cooker.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the grated sweet potato, whey protein powder, and honey until well combined.
  3. Spray the rice cooker with cooking spray or lightly grease it with oil.
  4. Scoop the sweet potato mixture into the rice cooker and spread it evenly.
  5. Close the rice cooker and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Carefully remove the pancake from the rice cooker and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Cut the pancake into quarters and serve warm.
