Gluten-Free Turkey Lettuce Wraps
What Started it all:
Turkey, Lettuce, canned tomatoes, crockpot
Ingredients
- 1 lb of turkey, thinly sliced
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 crockpot
Instructions
- Heat the crockpot over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced turkey to the crockpot and cook until browned.
- Pour in the canned tomatoes and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- Place a generous amount of the turkey and tomato mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Carefully wrap the lettuce around the turkey mixture to create a delicious and gluten-free lettuce wrap.
