Gluten-Free Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Turkey, Lettuce, canned tomatoes, crockpot


  • 1 lb of turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 crockpot


  1. Heat the crockpot over medium heat.
  2. Add the thinly sliced turkey to the crockpot and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in the canned tomatoes and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  5. Place a generous amount of the turkey and tomato mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
  6. Carefully wrap the lettuce around the turkey mixture to create a delicious and gluten-free lettuce wrap.
