Gluten-Free Whey Protein Stir-Fry

This gluten-free stir-fry recipe combines the goodness of whey protein with the fresh flavors of fennel and tomato paste for a healthy and delicious meal.


  • 4 scoops of whey protein
  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 wok


  1. In a bowl, mix the whey protein with a little water to form a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
  3. Add the fennel to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Push the fennel to the side of the wok and add the whey protein paste to the center.
  5. Cook the whey protein for 1-2 minutes, then mix it with the fennel.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Serve the stir-fry hot and enjoy!
