Ingredients
- 4 scoops of whey protein
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 wok
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the whey protein with a little water to form a smooth paste.
- Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Add the fennel to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Push the fennel to the side of the wok and add the whey protein paste to the center.
