Greek Crockpot Chicken with Kale

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the flour in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat each chicken breast in the seasoned flour.
  3. Place the coated chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  4. Add the chopped kale on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  6. Serve the Greek crockpot chicken with kale with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
