Greek Crockpot Chicken with Kale
What Started it all:
Chicken breast, Kale, flour, crockpot
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the flour in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the seasoned flour.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped kale on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Serve the Greek crockpot chicken with kale with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
