Greek Hemp Seed and Leek Skillet

  • 1 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced leeks to the skillet and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  3. Sprinkle the hemp seeds over the leeks and continue to cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the hemp seeds and leeks, and stir to coat everything evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the hemp seeds are lightly toasted and the flavors have melded together.
  7. Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
