- 100g Hazelnuts

- Infuse Garlic: In a small pan, lightly sauté the sliced garlic over low heat until fragrant but not browned. This will add a subtle savory note to your spread.
- Combine Ingredients: In the food processor, add the roasted hazelnuts, pine nuts, cardamom powder, sautéed garlic, and MSG (if using) to the ground cocoa. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate Fluff Cream: Add the fluff cream to the nut and cocoa mixture. Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste your spread and adjust the sweetness or cardamom if desired.
- Jar it Up: Spoon the spread into jars for serving.
