Steak, Turnip, canned vegetables, wok

A bloody good recipe that will impress your guests with Greek flavors.

  • 1.5 kg steak
  • 2 large turnips, peeled and sliced into thin wedges
  • 1 can of vegetables
  • 1 wok
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  1. Get your bloody act together and heat the wok over high heat. Yes, high heat, you dimwits!
  2. Add the olive oil and swirl it around to coat the wok. Don't just stand there, move!
  3. Add the sliced turnips and cook for 5 minutes, or until they're slightly caramelized. Don't burn them, you numbskulls!
  4. Add the steak to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Don't overcook it, you bloody amateurs!
  5. Add the canned vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Yes, canned vegetables, don't give me that look!
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Don't be shy, you need to taste it!
  7. Serve the steak with the turnip and vegetable mixture spooned over the top. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, if you're not a bloody fool.
