Greek Shrimp and Potato Skewers

This Greek-inspired recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. It’s packed with the delicious combination of shrimp and potatoes, and the soy sauce adds a delightful umami flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Skewers
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the soy sauce over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Prep the Potatoes: Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and set aside.
- Skewer Assembly: Thread the marinated shrimp and cubed potatoes onto the skewers, alternating between the two ingredients.
- Grill or Broil: Grill or broil the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
