This Greek-inspired recipe is perfect for a quick and flavorful meal. It’s packed with the delicious combination of shrimp and potatoes, and the soy sauce adds a delightful umami flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Prep the Shrimp: Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour the soy sauce over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Prep the Potatoes: Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes and set aside.
