Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, skin on
- 4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
