Greek Tofu and Lentil Stew

Ingredients
- 400g Tofu, cubed
- 2 Zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup Lentils
- 4 cups Water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the pressure cooker over medium heat and add olive oil.

- Add the cubed tofu and cook until it's lightly browned on all sides.
