Greek Tuna and Kale Salad

This Greek-inspired tuna and kale salad is a flavorful and healthy dish that can be prepared in a microwave. Packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals, it’s a perfect meal for a quick and nutritious dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 cans of tuna
- 1 bunch of kale, chopped
- Spices: cumin, paprika, chili powder
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe dish, place the chopped kale and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season the kale with cumin, paprika, and chili powder, and toss to coat evenly.
