Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cooking spray for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and carefully scoop out some of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the filling.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds and soy sauce together. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the soy sauce.
  4. Lightly spray the avocado halves with cooking spray to prevent sticking on the grill.
  5. Place the avocados flesh side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear.
