Ingredients
- 600g Beef Tenderloin
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Air Fryer
Instructions
- Begin by preheating the air fryer to 200°C.
- Cut the beef tenderloin into 4 equal portions and season with your choice of spices and a pinch of salt.
- Place the beef tenderloin portions in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the cucumber salad. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cucumber slices with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder. Toss gently to coat the cucumber slices evenly.
- Once the beef tenderloin is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
