Grilled Chicken Breast

Grilled chicken breast is a simple and delicious dish that can be enjoyed on its own or used in a variety of recipes. It's a versatile and healthy option for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
