Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe for 4 People

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
