Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe for 4 People

Chicken breast
Note: You can add more seasoning or marinade to the chicken breast before grilling for a more flavorful meal. Suggested side dishes include roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh garden salad.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve immediately with a side dish of your choice and enjoy!
