This simple and delicious grilled chicken breast recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy meal for 4 people.


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Once the grill is hot, place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve with your favorite side dishes.
