Grilled Chocolate Avocado Leek Salad

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 leeks
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and brush them with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Clean the leeks thoroughly, then slice them lengthwise and brush with olive oil.
- Place the avocado halves and leeks on the grill and cook until they have grill marks, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the grilled avocados and leeks from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- While the avocados and leeks are cooling, melt the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the grilled avocados and leeks.
