Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4 inch rounds.
  3. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
