Ingredients
- 1 cup Watermelon Jam
- 1 Baguette (for serving)
- 1 cup Chopped Sweet Potato
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Grilled Lamb chop (about 200g)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Boil the chopped sweet potato in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mash the sweet potato with a fork. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
