  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
