Grilled Mediterranean Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine with the bell peppers.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the soy sauce and bell peppers.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Once done, remove from the heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled Mediterranean pork chops with the bell peppers on top.
