Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside to rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine with the bell peppers.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the soy sauce and bell peppers.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  9. Once done, remove from the heat and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve the grilled Mediterranean pork chops with the bell peppers on top.
