Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (1-1.5 inches thick)
- 2 large beets
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a food processor, combine tomato paste, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
