Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can of tuna or sardines, drained
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the pumpkin slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
