Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ribs
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 4 large potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the ribs are grilling, wash and slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are tender, then drain and let them cool.
- Once the potatoes are cool, cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced radishes to the bowl with the potatoes.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the radishes and potatoes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together to combine.
- When the ribs are almost done, brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce and allow them to caramelize on the grill for a few minutes.
- Once the ribs are ready, serve them with the radish and potato salad.
