Delicious and easy-to-make grilled ribs with a refreshing radish and potato salad

  • 2 lbs of ribs
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 4 large potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

  1. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 20-25 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  3. While the ribs are grilling, wash and slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  4. Boil the potatoes in a pot of salted water until they are tender, then drain and let them cool.
  5. Once the potatoes are cool, cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
  6. Add the sliced radishes to the bowl with the potatoes.
  7. Drizzle some olive oil over the radishes and potatoes, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together to combine.
  8. When the ribs are almost done, brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce and allow them to caramelize on the grill for a few minutes.
  9. Once the ribs are ready, serve them with the radish and potato salad.
