Grilled Salmon with Mustard Kale Pesto

Salmon, Kale, mustard, food processor


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 cups of kale, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the kale and mustard in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the salmon is grilling, spread the mustard kale pesto on a serving platter.
  6. Once the salmon is ready, transfer it to the platter and serve immediately.
