Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 wok
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the bell peppers on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until the skins are charred and blistered.
- Remove the bell peppers from the grill and place them in a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the peppers steam for 10 minutes.
- After steaming, remove the skins, seeds, and stems from the bell peppers and place the flesh in a food processor or blender.
- In a wok, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate to the roasted bell peppers in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the grilled salmon with the roasted bell pepper sauce on top.
