  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 wok


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the bell peppers on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until the skins are charred and blistered.

  7. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  8. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  9. Serve the grilled salmon with the roasted bell pepper sauce on top.
