  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and olive oil.
  3. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the short ribs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Meanwhile, grill the bell pepper slices for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they're slightly charred.
  6. Brush the bell peppers with the soy sauce mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the short ribs with the grilled bell peppers and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
