This recipe combines the rich flavors of stew beef with the smoky essence of grilled eggplant, all brought together with a savory soy sauce marinade. It's a delicious and hearty dish perfect for a gathering of 4 people.


  • 1 pound stew beef, cut into cubes
  • 2 medium eggplants, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Marinate the stew beef in soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Season the eggplant slices with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the marinated beef for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. At the same time, grill the seasoned eggplant slices for 4-5 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
