Grilled Squash and Peanut Delight

Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized squashes, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick rounds
- 1/2 cup of peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped peanuts and salt.
- Brush both sides of the squash slices with olive oil.
- Place the squash slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
- During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle the peanut and salt mixture evenly over the squash slices.
