Grilled Tempeh and Kale Salad

What Started it all:
Tempeh, Kale, soy sauce, grill
(Enthusiastically tosses the tempeh cubes in the soy sauce)
Ingredients
- 8 oz tempeh, cut into cubes
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Marinate the tempeh cubes in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the marinated tempeh cubes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
- Grill the kale for 2-3 minutes, until slightly wilted.
- Remove the tempeh and kale from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Toss the grilled tempeh and kale together in a serving bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
