Grilled Tempeh and Kale Salad

Tempeh, Kale, soy sauce, grill

<em>(Enthusiastically tosses the tempeh cubes in the soy sauce)</em>


  • 8 oz tempeh, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling


  1. Marinate the tempeh cubes in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the kale and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the marinated tempeh cubes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear.
  5. Grill the kale for 2-3 minutes, until slightly wilted.
  6. Remove the tempeh and kale from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.
  7. Toss the grilled tempeh and kale together in a serving bowl.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
