Grilled Venison with Pumpkin and Soy Glaze

  • 1 lb venison steaks
  • 1 small pumpkin, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
