Ground Beef Stroganoff Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, sour cream, flour, and paprika until smooth.
- Pour the sour cream mixture into the skillet with the beef and onions. Stir well to combine.
- Simmer the beef stroganoff sauce for 5-7 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
