Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the bell peppers, and chop the broccoli and snap peas. Mince the garlic and ginger.
- Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Aromatics: Once the turkey is cooked, add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Incorporate Vegetables: Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season the Stir-Fry: Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
