Ham and Cheese Croissant Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 plain croissants
- 8 oz sliced ham
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F
- Cut each croissant in half horizontally
- Add 2 slices of ham to the bottom half of each croissant
- Layer 1 slice of cheddar cheese and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of the ham
- Place the other half of the croissant on top
- Brush the tops of the croissants with butter
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm
