Ham and Cheese Omelette for 4 People

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ingredients
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet, swirling it around so it coats the bottom evenly.
- Place 4 slices of ham on one half of the omelette, followed by 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped green onions.
- Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
- Use the spatula to remove the omelette from the skillet and place it in an oven-safe dish.
- Repeat steps 4-7 to make a second omelette.
- Place the oven-safe dish with both omelettes into the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until they are heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Ham and Cheese Omelette!
