Ham and Cheese Omelette Recipe

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt it.
  3. Add the chopped ham to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the ham in the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom of the omelette is set.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the omelette.
  6. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
  7. Transfer the omelette to a serving plate and cut into slices.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as toast and fresh fruits.
