Ham and Cheese Omelette Recipe

This delicious ham and cheese omelette recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner. It’s quick and easy to make, and can be adjusted to serve 4 people.
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt it.
- Add the chopped ham to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham in the skillet, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom of the omelette is set.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the omelette.
- Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
- Transfer the omelette to a serving plate and cut into slices.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as toast and fresh fruits.
