Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute.
  4. Sprinkle half of the diced ham and shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
  5. Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
  6. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
  7. Repeat the process for the second omelette.
