Ham and Cheese Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour half of the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a minute.
- Sprinkle half of the diced ham and shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
- Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
- Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
- Repeat the process for the second omelette.
