  • 1 pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F/190C.
  2. Unroll the pie crust and fit it into a 9 inch pie dish. Crimp the edges and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until frothy.
  4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper and whisk until combined.
  5. Stir in ham and cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
