Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place the ready-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Add the diced ham in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ham.
- In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
- Allow the quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
