Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe

A delicious and flavorful quiche made with ham and cheese that’s perfect for any meal of the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pie crust
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the ready-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Add the diced ham in the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ham.
  5. In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  8. Allow the quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
