Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pierce the bottom of the pie crust with a fork then place it in a 9 inch (23 cm) pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese then pour the mixture onto the pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie dish, making sure it's evenly spread.
- Bake the quiche for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
