Ham and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the chicken breasts flat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place 2 slices of ham and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
