Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place 2 slices of ham and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Remove the toothpicks and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
