Ham and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts on all sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the toothpicks and slice the chicken before serving.
