Ham and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

This delicious recipe combines the savory flavor of ham with tender chicken and gooey cheese for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the chicken breasts flat and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place 2 slices of ham on each chicken breast, then sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Carefully roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken rolls on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the toothpicks and serve the stuffed chicken hot.
