Ham and Corn Potato Hash

In a large skillet, cook the chopped potatoes over medium-high heat for about 7-8 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped into small pieces
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup of diced ham
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped potatoes over medium-high heat for about 7-8 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Add in the diced ham and canned corn, and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
