Ingredients
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, lay the ham slices flat on the bottom of the skillet, covering the entire surface.
- Crack an egg onto each slice of ham.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
