Ham and Maple Syrup Glazed Pork Chops

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ham, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. In the same skillet, add the diced ham and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Add the maple syrup to the skillet and stir to combine.
  8. Pour the maple syrup and ham mixture over the pork chops, making sure that each chop is covered.
  9. Bake the pork chops in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chop reaches 145°F.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
