Ham and Maple Syrup Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup ham, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place them on a baking sheet.
- In the same skillet, add the diced ham and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Add the maple syrup to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour the maple syrup and ham mixture over the pork chops, making sure that each chop is covered.
- Bake the pork chops in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chop reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
