- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced ham

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
