Ham and Potato Casserole with Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small head of red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ham, potatoes, red cabbage, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.
