Ham and Potato Casserole with Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small head of red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the ham, potatoes, red cabbage, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, milk, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the ham and potato mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
