This recipe combines the delicious flavors of ham, potatoes, and bread to create a satisfying dish for four people.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of ham
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 loaf of bread
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. Boil the potato cubes in salted water until they are tender, then drain and set aside.
  4. Take the loaf of bread and carefully hollow out the center, creating a bread bowl.
  5. Layer the ham slices inside the bread bowl, ensuring the entire interior is covered.
  6. Fill the bread bowl with the cooked potato cubes, pressing down gently to pack them in.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the ham is crispy and the bread is golden brown.
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
